The story of domoXim starts in the world of international relocation. Walter Vermeeren guided expats and foreign executives through NOVA Relocation when they moved to Belgium. Those international clients came with a clear expectation right away: top service, clear communication, and a professional approach.

The start of domoXim in Sterrebeek

Following the acquisition of NOVA Relocation, there is room for an independent real estate agency.
domoXim comes to life and opens its first office in Sterrebeek.
From day one, the focus is on sales and rentals of residential real estate, with a strong service-oriented approach.

Growth to Mechelen

The next step follows with an office on the Bruul in Mechelen, a vibrant location with high visibility.
Here, we not only strengthen our regional presence, but also build further on our connections with international companies in the Mechelen and Antwerp region.

Boortmeerbeek becomes our home base

With the opening of our office on the Leuvensesteenweg in Boortmeerbeek domoXim gets a real home.
The location—at the lights and recognizable by the iconic wall mural of the “eternal clock”—makes us visible and accessible to everyone.

Expansion into the Leuven region

With an office in Veltem (Herent) we take an important step toward Leuven.
Here, we continue to build on our local roots and can connect even more closely with the real estate market and clients in this region.

A new chapter in Bonheiden

domoXim deliberately chooses a sustainable and strategic location with a new office in Bonheiden.
From this modern launchpad, we strengthen our presence in the Mechelen region and continue focusing on quality and accessibility.
